Taga Bikes
UX/UI project with e-shop functionality. Taga Bikes Netherlands
Project Overview
Taga Bikes is an e-commerce and mobile application redesign for a Dutch electric bike manufacturer. The project focused on creating a seamless shopping experience across mobile and desktop platforms, streamlining product discovery, customization, and checkout workflows. Our objectives centered on reducing cart abandonment, enabling confident product customization, building trust through clear specifications, and creating a mobile-optimized experience that drives conversion.
E-Shop Architecture & User Flows
The high-fidelity mockups reveal a dual-interface strategy optimized for both mobile and desktop. The e-shop prioritizes product discovery through clean categorization, high-quality imagery, and filtering by model, price, and specifications. Product pages present clear information hierarchy: hero imagery, core specs, customization options, and reviews. Mobile maintains this structure while optimizing for thumb-friendly navigation and readability.

Mobile & Desktop Optimization
Desktop provides expanded real estate for comparisons and detailed specifications. Mobile prioritizes task completion with simplified navigation, prominent call-to-action buttons, and streamlined checkout. Responsive design ensures consistent branding and performance across all devices.
High-Fidelity Design Direction
The mockups showcase a modern, premium aesthetic reflecting Taga's brand. Visual hierarchy guides users through decisions: hero images command attention, specifications remain scannable, and purchase actions stay accessible. Color palette and typography convey technical sophistication while remaining approachable.
Final solution for the home screen, showcasing the brand colors and using the bright colors combinations of the Bike itself to harmonize the entire screen.
